This master’s thesis deals with clients' satisfaction and loyalty to the company Kooperativa Inc., Vienna Insurance Group and its product, investment life insurance Perspektiva. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts related to this topic, analytical part, introduces the company, the product and carried out research. Final part, based on modern methods of investigation, proposes the recommendations of steps which increase the level of customer satisfaction.
Brand archetypes of TOP 10 czech athletes

Title: Brand archetypes of TOP czech athletes Objectives: The aim of this work is to determine the brand archetypes of the TOP 10 czech athletes. Methods: The bachelor thesis uses a combination of quantitative research with elements of qualitative methods. Electronic questioning was chosen as the most appropriate way to obtain the necessary information from Generation Y. The questionnaire survey involves first demographic data and then projective techniques - the respondent assigns colours to each athlete's brand based on the emotions the athlete evokes. Subsequently, brand archetypes are assigned to each athlete's brand based on the psychology of color and the limbic model. Results: Determining athlete brand archetypes using projective techniques based on color psychology is feasible. However, it has been found that in order to determine brand archetypes, it is necessary that the research population knows the athlete in question. For the athletes that the research set did not know, it was not possible to determine the archetype - for Vít Přindiš and Jakub Vadlejch. Rebranding of the sport clubs in the Czech Republic

Title: Rebranding of the sport clubs in the Czech Republic Objectives: The aim of the work is to draw up recommendations for clubs planning rebranding. The recommendations will be drawn up on the basis of an analysis of the rebranding of the clubs examined - AC Sparta Praha and HC Dynamo Pardubice. The analysis is focused on how the clubs AC Sparta Praha and HC Dynamo Pardubice exploited the potential of rebranding. Methods: Methods of qualitative research were used in this work. The method of in-depth interview in the form of a semi-structured interview was used to find out information on brand changes of the clubs studied. The method of case studies was used for a more detailed overview of the topic of rebranding. The case studies of rebranding of foreign clubs were used in this work. The case studies of the clubs studied were also created. Another method was the analysis of documents, which ensured the reliability and validity of information on the topic of rebranding. The last method was the discussion in the focus group with experts and fans. This method was used to gain a better understanding of the issue, to gain further information and different attitudes, views and opinions on rebranding. Title: Image Umbro brand Annotation: The objective of the bachelor thesis is to identify the image of the sports brand Umbro. The first section coveres the literature findings which desribes brand, brand knowledge and brand image. Furthermore, a process of a marketing research is defined as a base to my own research. The second section analyzes Umbro brand, realization and evaluation of my own research of image Umbro brand. The purpose of my thesis is to characterize the issue of brand image, and in particular the Alpine Pro brand, producer of sportswear. Furthermore, the thesis wants to determine whether the image of the Alpine Pro brand has changed after London 2012 Olympic Games. The research sample has been selected from broad public Internet users, potential sportswear market customers. The results of the research will provide a basis for possible solutions to improving the brand image.

The next objective of this thesis is an analysis of a selected ice hockey club. Title: Brand Image Of The Czech Olympic Team - CZECH TEAM Objectives: A main objective of bachelor thesis is creationing of a complex description of the brand image of the Czech Olympic Team - Czech Team. To achieve defined objective was necessary to determinate a profile of the brand, its origin, progress, functions, reasons or sense of the brand existence and brand identity. At the same time a quantitative research was executed finding out knowledge and awareness of the brand Czech Team among selected respondents and the brand personality was identified from the public view. Final part of thesis is dealt with an evaluation of results, recommendations and proposals improving the brand image of the Czech Olympic Team in the future. Methods: Information needed to create the general description of profile of the brand Czech Team was got from a representative of official marketing agency of the Czech Olympic Committee. The Analysis of Image of Land Rover Brand in the United Kingdom in the years 2011-2014

This bachelor thesis analyses the image of Land Rover brand in domestic UK market between 2011 and 2014. This work builds on theoretical knowledge of Strategic Marketing and Brand Management, especially on the theory of building a brand identity and the theory of brand perception usually referred as brand image. Based on these theoretical findings, this thesis analysis Land Rover marketing strategy in the domestic marketplace; focusing on the organisation's brand management. The communications activities of Land Rover are further examined and described in detail. Based on the analysis of Land Rover marketing strategy and the organisation's individual communications activities the brand identity is presupposed. Using the secondary research in order to project the brand identity a hypothesis of brand image is suggested accordingly. Title: Brand equity of professional sports club Objectives: The Diploma Thesis aims to make a survey of professional sports club brand. This thesis is complemented by specialist studies, interview and by the questionnaire survey. The main task is to determine how fans of football club perceive his brand called brand equity and how the club takes care of brand in relation to their fans. Also we discover any shortcomings at the stadium during a football match. Methods: The research of perception brand equity by fans of football club is made by using a questionnaire. Next method used is the interview, which will be with a marketing director of the club. Its goal is to discover the opinion of the club on the minds of their fans feel. After evaluation of these methods, we performed a confrontation. Results: The outcome of the thesis is to learn about brand equity professional sports club perceived by their fans. Submitted proposals for improving based on the perceived shortcomings of the fans and of the club of trying to achieve better access in relation to their neighborhood and their fans. Large sporting events' brand identification

Title: Large sporting events' brand identification Objectives: The main objective of this work is to identify the brand personality of Summer Olympic Games and FIFA World Cup by means of marketing research. Methods: In connection with the primary data collection a method of written and electronic questioning was used. The brand personality identification of the above mentioned brands was performed based on the brand personality measurement method according to Geuens, Weijters and De Wulf (2009). For the obtained data interpretation their statistical analysis was performed. Results: Based on the research results, the brand personality of Summer Olympic Games can be described by the dimensions Responsibility, Activity and Simplicity and by characteristics stable, responsible, active, dynamic and simple. The brand personality of FIFA World Cup can be described only by the dimension Activity and by characteristics active, dynamic and innovative.
